Is the carry-on cabin-approved?
Yes – our 20" carry-on fits within most airline cabin requirements, including Ryanair, Lufthansa, and SAS. But double-check your airline's exact size rules before flying.

What sizes are available?

  • Carry-on (20") – 41L capacity
  • Check-in (24") – 69L capacity

How do I reset the TSA lock?
The lock is preset to 0-0-0. To set a new code:

  • Use a pen to press the reset button
  • Choose your new code
  • Release the button – you're all set

Is the lining removable or washable?
The lining is fixed in place. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth.

Does the suitcase have USB ports or a powerbank?
No – we focus on essentials, not tech gimmicks. Long-term durability over novelty features.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship across the European Union, the UK, and Norway.

How long is delivery?
Typically 3–6 business days depending on your country. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Will I need to pay duties or import taxes?
Possibly. Customs duties or local VAT may apply depending on your country. These are not included in the checkout price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my suitcase if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused suitcase. Email us and we’ll guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are on you.

What’s your warranty policy?
Every suitcase comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. It doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear.

What is the suitcase made from?
We use a polycarbonate-aluminum shell that’s both lightweight and impact-resistant. Feels smooth. Handles rough.

How durable are the wheels and handles?
Very. We use metal-bearing 360° spinner wheels and wide-frame pull rods for stability and longevity. Everything is stress-tested for travel abuse.

Are parts replaceable?
Yes – if something breaks, we offer replacement parts for wheels and handles. Reach out and we’ll help.
