This website is operated by STADER. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to STADER. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users and customers of this site. By using our services or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms, including any additional policies linked on this page.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the site or use any part of our services.

2. Online Store Terms
By shopping with STADER, you confirm that:

  • You are of legal age in your country of residence
  • You’re not purchasing on behalf of a reseller or distributor without permission
  • You will not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3. Products & Availability
All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice. If an item is out of stock or discontinued after you’ve ordered, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We make every effort to display products and colors accurately, but cannot guarantee color accuracy across all screens.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT depending on your shipping location.

  • Payment is processed at checkout via our secure payment partners.
  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time and cancel affected orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes, but delays can occur. Once a package has shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier.

  • You'll receive a tracking number by email upon dispatch.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.
  • International customers may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and not included in the checkout price.

6. Returns & Refunds
You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, email us at service@stadertravel.com with your order number.
  • Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back at your expense unless otherwise agreed.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Warranty
All STADER products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • To submit a warranty claim, email us with photos and your order number.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund defective items at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, STADER is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses caused by courier delays, customs holds, or external events
  • Errors or omissions on this site

That said — if something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to help.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site – including product names, logos, text, and images – is the property of STADER. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without written permission.

10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use this site:

  • For unlawful or harmful purposes
  • To infringe on intellectual property rights
  • To transmit malware, spam, or disruptive code
  • To interfere with our site’s security or performance

Violation may result in immediate termination of your access.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated information.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

15. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies posted on this site, constitute the full agreement between you and STADER. They supersede any prior versions or understandings.
